G.E. (Gastronomia Emiliana) was founded in 1982 in Castenaso (BO) by Giuseppe Berti, his wife Leda, and their sons Erman and Massimiliano, with the aim of producing natural and artisanal frozen foods. After 20 years in the poultry slaughtering industry, they moved to their current facility in 1993 and introduced hamburgers, becoming pioneers in Italy in grilling. In 2015, the gourmet TOP TASTE burger line was launched, featuring high-quality meat breeds. The company combines technology with tradition.
