G.E. (Gastronomia Emiliana) was founded in 1982 in Castenaso (BO) by Giuseppe Berti, his wife Leda and their sons Erman and Massimiliano, with the aim of producing natural and artisanal frozen foods. From poultry slaughter, they expanded their range by introducing the first grilled Hamburgers, becoming pioneers in the sector in Italy.
