We are the inventor of the famous Italian Perla Puff-pastry. Since 1988 we produce authentic Italian frozen bakery products with immediately pantented shapes and high quality ingredients. Our products are made using 100% clean energy. We are certified with the highest level according to the international BRC and IFS standards. The recipes are unique and original and are made following the tradition. The dough rests for 24hrs prior to production. Products go directly from the freezer to the oven. We have also Kosher, Halal and Vegan products.
