The artisanal taste, the long natural leavening, the absence of allergens, lactose, soya, gums (clean label) are our plus points, as is the use of: Mother Dough, Mediterranean Sea Water, EVO oil, etc... We target the Ho.Re.Ca. and Retail channels, also for Private Label projects (customisable packs and recipes).
