Gemignani Tartufi has been dealing with truffles since 1930.
We produce truffle-based specialties in our BRC and IFS certified plant which we export to almost forty foreign countries, operating with all the channels: Ho.Re.Ca, large-scale distribution and retail.
For Company policy we forese strict controls at every stage of production from the selection of raw materials to packaging and we guarantee maximum flexibility as well as excellent production capacity.
Our range comprehends flavored oils, condiments, sauces and more concentrated products as carpacci, paté and whole truffles.
