Starting from the Fiorini family reserve, (producers of "traditional vinegar" of Modena and Emilian wines since 1919), we produce balsamic vinegar of Modena PGI, balsamic creams and condiments and wine vinegars with a constant control of the supply chain. Over the years the company has refined its technique, creating new and innovative products based on balsamic vinegar.
Today ISOLAI is specialized in the production of high quality balsamic vinegars. The company is distributed in over 25 countries.
