Since 1980, Gigi il Salumificio has been producing specialties such as Ciccioli (tender and crispy), Coppa di Testa and aged cured meats such as Pancette, Guanciale and Lardo.
We offer packaging solutions for the retail, Ho.Re.Ca, and industrial sectors.
We are equipped with a cleanroom where all our products are sliced.
We are certified BRC,IFS, ISO 14001, EMAS, and Organic (only Coppa di Testa and Strutto) and authorized to export to various countries worldwide.
