From Astigarraga (Basque Country), cradle of cider houses, we work to offer our customers the best cuts of red meat from old, fat cows.

We select the best animals from Galicia to Central Europe, with the aim of maintaining the highest quality in our products, highlighting their flavour and tenderness.

In order to guarantee consistency, we carry out a double selection process for each of our customers: the first at origin, to bring in the best cows, and the second at home, where we personally select the best cuts.
