Giusti produces Balsamic Vinegar of Modena since 1605, handing down an old family recipe for 17 generations. Tied to tradition, but led with a young and innovative spirit, Giusti is the oldest Balsamic Vinegar maker in Italy, ageing its black gold in centuries-old barrels of fine woods. Today’s production follows PDO and PGI disciplinaries, besides precious Reserves, flavoured, sweet-and-sour condiments, organic products, gourmet and mixology proposals. Giusti stands out for a strong vocation for hospitality, welcoming thousands of visitors in its House Museum and experiential Boutiques.
