Chirico is a neapolitan company managed by Dr. Mario Palma, son of Annamaria Chirico.
The main product is cooked wheat, the main use of which is Pastiera Napoletana.
Chirico has always been combined with innovative products for traditional use.
This tradition began in 1973, on the occasion of the ban on the sale of loose food products, when Mrs. Chirico decided to market cooked wheat in tins.
The products are made with a particular cooking process which, by gelling the starch, makes Chirico Cooked Wheat a helper for all preparations.
