Parma Ham PDO, Culatello of Zibello PDO, Salami Felino PGI, Coppa Parma PGI, Salami Strolghino and Pancetta are offered in whole, with or without bones, and presliced thanks to internal departments of deboning and preslicing. Certificated with IFS and BRC, it is also authorized to export in many countries like Japan and Canada.
