Every family has its own traditions and recipes that it passes on from one generation to the next. We have made ours our vocation. Even Grandpa Augustin,
who made speck and sausages for his family with the utmost care, knew all too well that homemade tastes best! His knowledge and his recipes are still the basis
of our products today. The spicy mountain air gives them their unmistakable flavour: at an altitude of 1,350 metres, our “Speck Alto Adige PGI” production site
is the highest in South Tyrol.
