Prinz Gourmetline Srl was founded in 2001.
In a separate area of ​​his parents' butcher shop, Michael Schanung, together with chef Markus Aschbacher, began developing a high-quality Octopus Carpaccio. The result inspired confidence: a fresh, ready-to-serve product, free from preservatives.
In 2003, the South Tyrolean company presented their first product in the Seafood Prix d'Elite competition at the Seafood Expo in Brussels. The result was a win in six of seven possible categories. Since then, Prinz Gourmetline Srl has been supplying customers worldwide.
