Stabinger is specilized in the production of fresh pastries with ingredients of high-quality. We are able to produce up to 3800 ricotta cakes and 1800 meters of strudel every hour, although our production is still largely artisanal. Our master confectioners are constantly creating new recipes and guarantee a high-quality standard. The Slogan "Cake it easy" expresses our corporate philosophy dynamic, energy and vitality. To adress young people we created the "Stabinger Cream Team". With this project we promote young South Tyrolean athletes.
