A family run business that started in 1865 producing and ripening soft PDO and high quality cheeses: Gorgonzola, Taleggio, Crescenza, Gorgonzola-mascarpone and buffalo cheese too. An organic range in eco-friendly tray is also available. Our high quality is the goal of a path that starts from the choice of milk, only Italian certified milk, going through the details of each process. In the production the most advanced technologies are alternated to steps performed deliberately still by hand and special cares are dedicated to the maturation and ripening of our cheese.
