For over 90 years it has been using the same slow and
natural leavened sourdough that makes all its sweet
specialties unique, exalting Fragrance, Flavor and Perfumes.
The values that are put into each recipe are simplicity,
genuineness and sharing. Currently the production offers a
varied typology of products: Panettone, Pandoro, sweets,
cakes, dry pastries, Colombe, snacks, aromas, focaccia,
with organic, vegan and gluten-free product lines.
