Fraccaro Spumadoro has been working in the confectionery market since 1932. The company was born as bakery within the town walls of Castelfranco Veneto (Treviso). Despite the introduction of an industrial production, the same artisanal principles are applied thus preserving the same atmosphere and the same baking aromas of the beginning, when Fraccaro was a small family business. All products are made with a special ingredient: the sourdough, which gives natural softness, makes all our cakes easily digestible and enhances the fragrance, taste and smell of the final product.
