Our story begins in the 1920s, in our family run patisserie “Palmisano Carmelina” on the Isle of Burano (Venice). The shop is still active and draws tourists worldwide, being a must for those interested in local food.
In addition to the classic “Esse” and “Bussolà” of Burano, the Venetian “Zaletti”, “Peverini”, and other typical recipes, our product range features two organic recipes (“Esse” and “Zaeti”) and a vegan one.
We operate in all trade sectors (Retail, Vending, Organised Large Scale Distribution, HORECA) and are available for private label as well.
