Pastificio di Chiavenna is a manufacturer of special dried pasta whose factory was founded in 1868 in Chiavenna, in the north of Italy.
Today 50 people are employed and Pastificio di Chiavenna generates a yearly turnover of 15 millions Euro with an export corresponding to 38% of the total turnover. Pastificio di Chiavenna has BRC and organic certifications and uses green energy. The Company produces: Pizzoccheri della Valtellina PGI, 100% rye pasta, pasta with buckwheat flour, baby food pasta, gluten-free pasta, pulse pasta, pulse and buckwheat pasta, dietetic pasta, special pasta.
