Sgambaro has been producing pasta since 1947, using only certified Italian durum wheat and grinding it in the owned mill by the factory. The first Italian company to certify a pasta parcel since its beginnings, and to obtain the label "100% Italian Durum Wheat" and "Km Zero". For more than 20 years, the third generation has stepped up its commitment to healthy eating, for environmental sustainability, using only renewable energy sources and starting new production of organic Italian durum wheat.
