Sgambaro was founded in 1947, a long history in the production of high quality pasta. In 2003 it got the 100% Italian Durum Wheat Certification and it has always been involved in the environment respect. With its own mill, Sgambaro has the total control of the production process. Last year, the Company achieved an important rank in the Organic production and distribution in the national market, trying to expand it also overseas.In 2017 it presented a renewed Organic Line, including ancient grain and particular products for people who care on well-being and nutritional aspects.
