Tentazioni Pugliesi is a company located in Apulia, founded in 2003 by Giovanni Matera, a former baker and passionate artisan, with the aim of renewing a timeless traditional product. Specializing in the production of artisanal taralli, the company uses simple, genuine ingredients closely linked to the local territory, carefully blended to create the typical ring-shaped snack. Made according to the ancient Apulian recipe, through the traditional process of boiling followed by baking, taralli are crunchy, tasty, and ideal at any time of the day.
