Everything tastes better
Founded in 1868 as an artisan food shop, the
company grows with the production of sauerkraut,
transforming a poor food of the rural tradition into
a tasty and delicious vegetable to be consumed all
year round. Later it expands the range of products
with sweet and sour, pickles, antipasti in oil, olives,
capers, sauces, pesto and bruschette.
