The Butteri Agricultural Company is located in Case Passeri, a small agricultural town located in the Val Stirone hills, in the municipality of Salsomaggiore Terme (PR), an Emilian spa town, known for its salsoiodic waters, and is included in the wine and food itinerary of Valli e Sapori . Since the mid-60s, and a long journey, implemented with the full support of his sons Giorgio, Paolo and Luisa, which led to the specialization in the breeding of dairy cattle and the recent introduction of cheese, with natural completion of the Parmigiano Reggiano supply chain.
