November Porc is the event dedicated to the making and tasting but not limited to the most important cold cuts in the period of November. There are four dates this year that offer the exquisite delights: Sissa (ju 1 - Sun 4 November), Polesine Parmense (Fri 9 - Sun 11 Nov), Zibello (Fri 16 - Sun 18 Nov.) Finally Roccabianca (Fri 23 - Sun 25 November). Also in San Secondo Parmense at the Stables of the Rocca dei Rossi) throughout the period of November Porc Friday afternoon to Sunday evening MUSEUM of FOG (temporary installation).
