Perteghella origins date back to 1939 and over the decades, thanks to systematic factory expansions and modernisation we now have a milling capacity of 300 ti 330 tons of wheat per day. The single element which remains true and unchanged is the Perteghella family passion for the art of milling. Today it is still a family company and is managed by nine full-time members who work in different business sectors with the collaboration of 40 workers to satisfy a constantly changing and segmented market.
