we are family business that is specialized on a handmade production, where we mix tradition and origin to obtain different iberian pork products (cured ones, frozen meat and offals) within the three main iberico categories: acorn-fed pigs (Ibérico de bellota) ,fodder-fed pigs ( Ibérico de Cebo) and natural range fed (Ibérico de Cebo de Campo) for retail and horeca channels. Our 3 production facilities have IFS and BRC Certificates, that along with the investmenet in technology to optimize the production process, it let us offer an homogeneous, with the correct maturing time and stable product.
