Itagel was founded in 1994 in Buddusò, in the beautiful island of Sardinia, where tranquility prevails over crowds and industrial life.
The small original workshop grew until, in 1997, the company moved to a larger production facility.
In 2016, the company perfected and introduced its first gluten-free products.
In the spring of 2018, a new, cutting-edge production facility was inaugurated.
Today, Itagel is a company that strives to stand out for the high quality of its fresh, frozen pasta for the foodservice and professional catering.
