LE OLIVE DA TAVOLA DI SICILIA SOC. COOP. AGRICOLA

The Cooperative Society. Agricola “Le Olive da table di Sicilia was established on 8 September 2021 and obtained recognition as an O.P. in the table olive sector by the Sicily Region. The approximately 40 members deliver their product to the facilities used by the Coop. which are processed, transformed, preserved and marketed. It operates in the territories located on the slopes of the Etna Volcano which, thanks to the fertility of the lava-origin soil, gives the product a unique and inimitable characteristic found in the crunchy pulp and its bitterish flavour.
