Italia Olivicola is the leading organization for Italian olive oil production. It has more than 250,000 members in 15 Italian regions, representing a total of 56 Producer Organizations (POs) throughout the country.

Italia Olivicola aims to achieve four objectives to improve the lives of Italian olive growers.
