The genesis of Cheespro Walo
A perfect summer evening ruined by a bad cheese.
Sitting in a lovely restaurant, the delicious smells of
tomatoes and fresh herbs whetted our appetites. As an
aperitif, we were served nachos au gratin with cheese.
Unfortunately, the cheese was inedible. So we decided to create the best
cheese for for professionals ourselves. Working with selected
customers, we made their product unique.
