The Italian Food S.p.A. was founded in 1973 when the Petti Group, dedicated to the processing of tomatoes since 1925, took over the production plant in Venturina Terme (LI) in Tuscany. Led by Pasquale Petti, in 2013 the company launched the line of high-quality tomato preserves under the brand name "Petti". The brand conquers the Italian and international markets thanks to the quality of 100% Tuscan tomato products, the innovation of its industrial processes with the "Cold Break" method of low temperature processing, and the close link of collaboration and synergy with the whole supply chain.
