PUERTA COSTAS, the family name has become a real brand, synonymous with the selection of raw materials and the craftsmanship of swordfish, marlin, blue shark and tuna that now only a few in the world are able to do. Founded in 1940, the company combines tradition and innovation: the factory has recently been renovated and equipped with a 700-tonne cold room. The company buys freshly caught fish and manages and controls the entire process up to packaging and marketing.
