The company, founded in 1992, thanks to the entrepreneurial spirit of Gianluca Manfredi, soon became a leader in the processing of vegetables in all their forms, in extra virgin olive oil and sun-dried products.

Control of the entire production chain from the accurate and meticulous selection of the raw material, exclusively Italian, to the slowly sun-dried process and handmade selection; these are the factors that distinguish our products.

The love for our land has given life to our new line of in oil products created by the most ancient Salento tradition.
