La Fabbrica del Panforte was built with the aim of re-proposing and introducing to the world these traditional Sienese desserts in their ultimate expression: the one that has come down to us through history.

We draw from the past from the original recipes of the Sienese confectionery tradition, inherited from the panforte masters.
