Furthermore, We produce several specialties crafted with buffalo milk: the creamy burrata and stracciatella, the spreadable ricotta and some aged cheese.Finally we have: a dedicated line for Organic, a line of mozzarella with Truffle drops and the option of selling our products Frozen type.
