La Nef was founded in 1989 in Osimo as a small family business and, over the years, has become a reference point in the smoked salmon market thanks to its quality and reliability. The company was among the first in Italy to introduce salmon processed from fresh, never frozen, hand-salted and smoked over beech wood according to traditional methods. Over time, La Nef has expanded its range with a careful selection of seafood specialties, including the prized Cantabrian anchovies, artisanally processed at the fishing grounds and aged for more than twelve months.
