Vitivinicola Etzo was founded in 2019, the same year the first harvest. Currently the productive vineyard area is about 7.5 ha, managed with the organic method, all owned.
The significance of the area lies in the historical persistence of a viticulture of ancient tradition that has given rise to a landscape characterized by small vineyards. The traditional viticultural system is made up of small vineyards managed dry, mostly trained as saplings.
