The VIRDIS PIERO Farm has been producing artichokes with passion and love for generations. Piero has been involved with artichokes since childhood, following the traditions of his grandfather and father.
The property extends into the Valle dei Giunchi, not far from Ittiri, 350 meters above sea level, in an area particularly suited to the prickly artichoke.
In the 20 hectares, in addition to the artichokes, there are numerous olive trees that feed the established production of extra virgin olive oil.
