Bergmilch Südtirol – Mila is a cooperative of 2.200 farmers and is one of the most important South Tyrolean dairies. Most farmers work with very small structures, on average only 14 cows stand in a barn of a Mila farmer. Every day the cooperative collects the fresh milk and transforms it into products like yoghurt, milk, cheese, butter, cream, mozzarella and SKYR. The members of Bergmilch Südtirol – Mila work every day for a common goal: maintain the tradition and quality of the South Tyrolean milk.
