Le Farine dei nostri sacchi was established in 2008 is authorizated from the Ministry of Health for the production and sale of mixtures and gluten-free products. Is certified ISO9001, IFS, BRC, BIO and FDA. A constant research has enabled us to put in point 20 different mixes of flour conventional and 4 organic. And in view of an evolution in the production of healthy and functional foods, the new "natisani" line embraces the characteristics of a product with less sugar and fat, more fiber and vegetable protein and two types of biscuits declared functional food.
