The Agricola Verticelli Company, founded in 1978, is located in Vairano Patenora, Caserta (Italy), it covers 40 hectares of uncontaminated fields where high quality vegetables and fruit are grown. The company's transformation workshop, starting from fresh crops, produce a 100% apple juice "annurca" apple type, a "Vairano's Giant Lupine" Slow Food presidium and artisanal preserves in extra-virgin olive oil or sweet and sour like "Le Peschiole" that are small not mature peaches, carefully processed and preserved in a premium wine vinegar, a product unique in the World.
