The Caseificio Picciau is backed by a 60-year experience in the production of cheeses, rigorously prepared with the guarantee and the constantly controlled genuineness of Sardinian milk.
It is mainly based on the production of pecorino (which have earned the DOP protection mark) with a strong and traditional taste like our Sardaccio, San Platano seasoned to pass to the softness and delicacy of goat's cheese and pecorino cheeses, as well as mixed cheeses with sheep's milk / cow's milk and sheep's / goat's milk, tasty ricotta and creams.
