Ascolive srl was born in Ascoli Piceno and with it the desire to export this experience beyond the borders of the Piceno region, preserving, with the guarantee of an industrialization process, all the craftsmanship linked to tradition, from which a bouquet of products is generated.
First and foremost, ascolana olives, also stuffed with fish or cod, to the prized local truffle. They are followed, always fried, by cheeses and mozzarellas.
This is followed by fresh pasta awarded by Gambero Rosso during the last fair at Sol in Verona.
