Growing and selling the product ourselves, we select, transform, and preserve this jewel of nature, meticulously complying with the food safety and hygiene regulations.
This thirty years old passion handed down from father to son has pushed us to always get better and create culinary specialities for a simple and immediate use: ideal simply on bruschetta, to season fanciful appetizers and starters or to bring meat and fish dishes to live.
