Fiordimonte is a company that operates nationally and internationally in the production and marketing of conventional and organic dry pasta, using durum wheat semolina ground from Italian grains and fresh Italian eggs. We offer artisanal pasta, bronze drawn, statically and slowly dried at low temperatures. The hydration of the semolina is done with cold water to preserve the starch. We are BIO and IFS certified. The packaging is sustainable, recyclable in paper which is FSC. Our pasta is porous and has excellent cooking resistance.
