Our company was founded about fifty years ago and specialized in the preparation of egg pasta. Our products have certified traceability, such as the Maccheroncini PGI di Campofilone, which was the first pasta in Europe to obtain the Protected Geographical Indication designation in 2013. We offer more than 34 types of egg pasta, including long and short pasta and food specialties. The production follows an artisanal process, with some phases carried out by hand: after kneading and cutting, rolling out, drying and packaging, they are handcrafted.
