The history of Pasta di Montagna stems from the passion and experience of the Montagna family, who, from growing Senatore Cappelli wheat, have succeeded in reproducing in their own workshop a product with the same authenticity and characteristics of the most authentic Marche tradition. Our company manages the entire production chain, from sowing to processing the finished product, also offering a wide range of long pasta dishes, as well as various types of minestrine and lasagna.
