Pasta di Borgo Pace was born from the idea of creating that truly represents our territory-an area of unspoiled nature. At the foot of the Marchigian Appennines, Borgo Pace village is crossed by the pure waters of the Metauro river, which we use in the production our pasta for achieving a final product of quality.
The wheat is 100% italian, often sourced from local farms, and stone ground to preserve the wheat germ.
Our production process is artisanal, with innovative machinery, drying lasts for over 20 hours, necer exceeding 40°c-an essential metod to maintain elasticity and all properties.
