We specialize in the artisanal production of gourmet Apulian panzerotti, available both fried and baked, in 8 different dough varieties, including: Classic - Turmeric - Beetroot - Toasted Almonds - Squid Ink - Turnip - Grains - Cocoa
And 18 exquisite fillings, all of which can also be made lactose-free and gluten-free.
We can produce Gourmet Panzerotti in custom weights, typically packaged semi-fried/baked or in a modified atmosphere (MAP) with a shelf life of 40–60 days at +4°C, or alternatively, we can blast-chill them to -21°C for frozen storage of up to 365 days.
