CZ was founded and has always had its operations in Gerenzago in the province of Pavia, the heart of Italy's Duck country. Owned and run by the Zucca family for over 40 years, today the Company is managed by sister and brother team Simona and Cristiano. CZ is leader in Italian Table Duck and it's the benchmark for competence, production capacity and innovation.
CZ Agricola raises Barbary Ducks and Geese every season relative to production. The duck meat is characterized by low in fat, high in iron, well-balanced flavour.
